This facilitated dialogue is an opportunity to hear from and talk with your colleagues in the field about how they and their organizations are thinking about, talking about, and doing antiracism, inclusion, diversity, equity, accessibility, and justice. What are all of these things? How do we decide we are ready? How do we get started? What do we do once we are started? We’ll tackle these questions and more in an experiential session designed to orient participants to this work and facilitate thinking and conversations about this work. This dialogue will be facilitated by Aria Camaione-Lind, Ashley Gantt, and Amanda Smith.
