Mon, 11/01/2021 - 16:32

Dear Collecting Institution,

The New York State Archives and New York State Library are asking for your feedback regarding the programs and services offered through the Documentary Heritage & Preservation Services for New York (DHPSNY) program.

DHPSNY, a joint program of the New York State Archives and New York State Library, provides free planning and assessment services along with educational programs to collecting institutions such as archives, historical societies, museums, and libraries that hold, collect, and make available historical records and unique research materials. DHPSNY services and programs are provided by the Conservation Center for Art and Historic Artifacts (CCAHA) through a five-year contract with the New York State Education Department.

Your responses to this survey will contain no identifying information and will be used to assess and improve DHSPNY programs and services.

Please follow this link to take the 5-minute survey:;

We know your time is valuable. Thank you for your feedback!

Questions regarding the evaluation of this project or your participation in this survey should be directed to the independent program evaluator, Kelley Madden, at Brockport Research Institute

(, (585) 431-3416).
