Welcome
Documentary Heritage and Preservation Services for New York (DHPSNY) is a program of the New York State Archives and New York State Library that provides service and support for archival and library research collections across the state. As a statewide initiative, DHPSNY offers free planning and education services to collecting institutions — including archives, libraries, historical societies, museums, and other organizations — that safeguard and ensure access to historical records and library research materials.
