Help Improve and Shape DHPSNY Services: Take Our Evaluation Survey!
Dear Collecting Institution,
The New York State Archives and New York State Library are asking for your feedback regarding the programs and services offered through the Documentary Heritage & Preservation Services for New York (DHPSNY) program.
DHPSNY, a joint program of the New York State Archives and New York State Library, provides free planning and assessment services along with educational programs to collecting institutions such as archives, historical societies, museums, and libraries that hold, collect, and make available historical records and unique research materials. DHPSNY services and programs are provided by the Conservation Center for Art and Historic Artifacts (CCAHA) through a five-year contract with the New York State Education Department.
Your responses to this survey will contain no identifying information and will be used to assess and improve DHSPNY programs and services.
